This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome folks at Crompton Brothers. I had discovered some ‘evidence’ that a few rats had been lodging in my engine bay… yikes! I had no idea what to do, until I came across this auto shop and they were more than happy to help resolve the problem. I was in and out the next day, with my engine gleaming and smelling like peppermint—I especially appreciated their humane approach to deterring unwanted guests. It’s been several months now and no return visitors! A special thank you to Tammy, Derek, and Daniel for their wonderful customer service.

Great experience! I travelled from Maple Ridge with my own van because I was vey impressed when I took my company truck in to get it serviced. The experience I had, exceeded my expectations from booking the appointment to getting the detailed inspection reports with pictures and videos, making my choices and having the work completed on time and exactly as described.

Reas (sp?) the owner is always courteous, he makes time to answer all my questions patiently. I have had extensive work done to my vehicle here. I trust them to be honest with quotes and timelines. Took my 2018 Rav4 in for oil change, brake check and transmision fluid change. Very thorough with an emailed inspection report with pictures. The rotors had signs of overheating but the pads had plenty left so they suggested just a brake service for now. Did the oil change and granny service and I walked out paying less than I thought. A great team all around.

Staff were friendly. Good communication regarding status of the work. Repair was on time and within quote. I’ll be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this shop. They took my vehicle in on a Friday and genuinely tried to have it ready the same day, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, another defect was uncovered and prevented that from happening, so I was without the car for the weekend. What really stood out was how they handled it. Even though the situation wasn’t really their fault as they were working under a very tight timeline that they imposed on themselves — they still took full responsibility. They fixed the issue at no charge and even went above and beyond by including a free oil change. That level of accountability and customer care says a lot. Things can happen anywhere, but how a business responds is what matters. I’d absolutely recommend them and will not hesitate to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to this shop for a suspension replacement and had a much better experience than I’ve had at the dealership. They were professional, efficient, and even caught another issue the dealership missed, saving me future trouble. These guy are great to deal with and very organized and professional. The front end woman (apologies for forgetting the name) is very pleasant to deal with always. And all this is coming from another shop. They are always helpful to deal with when it comes to servicing AC systems that we do not deal with in house (1234yf). So I would imagine the same great service and attention to detail can be expect for their retail clients as well. The team at Crompton is nothing short of amazing. Our family was planning a road trip and we needed to have our F-150 serviced. I showed up on a Friday afternoon, and the incredibly friendly and accommodating Tammy at the front desk managed to get me in for the following Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, I had a comprehensive detailed report (with pictures) of the inspection they had already completed. Tammy called me and walked me through what they were recommending to get done now and what could wait. She quoted me a price and the work was completed by noon on Tuesday. The owner, Riaz, made a point of coming to meet my wife and I when we dropped the truck off, and when we picked it up. This kind of customer service is a rarity these days. Derek is also a Great guy who is incredibly personable. I cannot say enough about the team at Crompton. It’s safe to say we will be lifetime customers. If you’re looking for a a great shop with integrity, look no further than Crompton. Highly recommend!! 5 stars across the board.

I had a great service by the wonderful team at Crompton Brothers Automotive and will be bringing my car for regular servicing going forward. The recent service I received on June 30th was my first time and I wasn't used to the process. They were very patient with my questions and I particularly appreciate the report provided with photos, the phone call they provide to explain the report and the informed pricing provided before approving for repairs. I feel I am very well informed of my car's condition and the rationale for recommended repairs. Highly recommend!
