We used the Crompton brothers for our pre purchase inspection. They did a really thorough job and the report was clear and broken down into useful sections. Derek was really helpful and had several calls with us to help explain what was required and to discuss the cost of repairs etc so that we could go back to the seller. Really happy with the work they have done for us!

I just started working with CROMPTON BROTHERS. I found them by googling ‘near me’ for some work I wanted done on my 67 camero! I booked an appointment. Then did a drive by and drop in to check out their shop and have a quick talk before I came for the appointment. I wanted to be sure that was indeed where I wanted to go! So was I pleased with EVERYTHING to do with my first appointment? Did I leave ‘my baby’ with them??? Let’s just say I am giving ALL the staff and the shop 10 out of 10! And I haven’t even picked up my car yet! I KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt I really lucked out finding this shop!!!

This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome folks at Crompton Brothers. I had discovered some ‘evidence’ that a few rats had been lodging in my engine bay… yikes! I had no idea what to do, until I came across this auto shop and they were more than happy to help resolve the problem. I was in and out the next day, with my engine gleaming and smelling like peppermint—I especially appreciated their humane approach to deterring unwanted guests. It’s been several months now and no return visitors! A special thank you to Tammy, Derek, and Daniel for their wonderful customer service.

Great experience! I travelled from Maple Ridge with my own van because I was vey impressed when I took my company truck in to get it serviced. The experience I had, exceeded my expectations from booking the appointment to getting the detailed inspection reports with pictures and videos, making my choices and having the work completed on time and exactly as described.

Reas (sp?) the owner is always courteous, he makes time to answer all my questions patiently. I have had extensive work done to my vehicle here. I trust them to be honest with quotes and timelines. If they find something extra they will call to inform you. I do recommend Crompton Bros Automotive. Dog friendly too!

Took my 2018 Rav4 in for oil change, brake check and transmision fluid change. Very thorough with an emailed inspection report with pictures. The rotors had signs of overheating but the pads had plenty left so they suggested just a brake service for now. Did the oil change and granny service and I walked out paying less than I thought. A great team all around.
