Took my 2018 Rav4 in for oil change, brake check and transmision fluid change. Very thorough with an emailed inspection report with pictures. The rotors had signs of overheating but the pads had plenty left so they suggested just a brake service for now. Did the oil change and granny service and I walked out paying less than I thought. A great team all around.

I had a great experience with this shop. They took my vehicle in on a Friday and genuinely tried to have it ready the same day, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, another defect was uncovered and prevented that from happening, so I was without the car for the weekend.

What really stood out was how they handled it.

Even though the situation wasn’t really their fault as they were working under a very tight timeline that they imposed on themselves — they still took full responsibility. They fixed the issue at no charge and even went above and beyond by including a free oil change.

That level of accountability and customer care says a lot. Things can happen anywhere, but how a business responds is what matters.

I’d absolutely recommend them and will not hesitate to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guy are great to deal with and very organized and professional. The front end woman (apologies for forgetting the name) is very pleasant to deal with always. And all this is coming from another shop. They are always helpful to deal with when it comes to servicing AC systems that we do not deal with in house (1234yf). The team at Crompton is nothing short of amazing. Our family was planning a road trip and we needed to have our F-150 serviced. I showed up on a Friday afternoon, and the incredibly friendly and accommodating Tammy at the front desk managed to get me in for the following Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, I had a comprehensive detailed report (with pictures) of the inspection they had already completed. Tammy called me and walked me through what they were recommending to get done now and what could wait. She quoted me a price and the work was completed by noon on Tuesday. The owner, Riaz, made a point of coming to meet my wife and I when we dropped the truck off, and when we picked it up. This kind of customer service is a rarity these days. Derek is also a Great guy who is incredibly personable. I cannot say enough about the team at Crompton. It’s safe to say we will be lifetime customers. My family's two cars have been serviced by Crompton Brothers Automotive for decades, and I have the highest praise for their work. Our cars are 25 and 30 years old, so the cars go in for repairs a few times per year. The care given by Crompton's is why the cars are still running so well.
Riaz and Derek are very knowledgeable, thorough in their work, and very honest. I cannot tell you how many times (including today, April 2025 with Derek) that they have said that there was no need for parts to be replaced, and that they just did some minor tweak at no charge to me. Honesty is their strong point, right up there with quality workmanship. As well, Tammy calmly manages the appointments and paperwork for this busy business. Everyone there is great!

Yes. We work with many extended warranty providers—please bring your coverage details and we’ll help guide you through the process.

We use premium BG products to extend your vehicle’s life and performance. Our services are backed by the Lifetime BG Protection Plan®, which provides complimentary, transferable coverage for seven key systems: fuel, engine, transmission, driveline, cooling, power steering, and brakes.

To keep your coverage active, simply return for routine BG maintenancelike a Brake Service every 50,000 km.
