Dance is taught as an art form at the Shadbolt Centre Dance Programs. Professional instructors teach all kinds of dance, and they can polish your skills beautifully.
Young writers can learn from creative writing programs that teach them to use words and sound to explore their imaginations. Children and teenagers are encouraged to create and experiment with new forms and analyze their role in the evolution of language art.
The Shadbolt Centre’s state-of-the-art media lab offers technology-based fine arts courses for kids and teens who use Mac computers, pen tablets, and smartboards to draw, paint and create worlds and stories using various software programs.
You can learn to play an instrument from experienced instructors, take a singing lesson, or participate in an ensemble class. Private music classes are accessible online, with some availability for in-person instructions.
